The apartment is located in a wooden terraced house that was built in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The bathroom renovation will be completed in August 2026. The apartment, decorated with a golden history theme, has a compact kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 1–2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a sauna with an electric heater, a washroom and a separate toilet, and practical storage space, e.g. for outdoor equipment. In addition, there is WiFi access, which allows for remote working.
