Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers The villa has underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation. Good path to the beach. There is also old lakeside sauna (wooden stove, dressing room, no electricity, no running water). Hot tub available to rent from the owner, 150e / reservation, payment on site.
